By day Tiger is a quirky dressing Events Manager, Publicist and writer. By night she can be found performing burlesque striptease routines.
Bio:
Based in Bristol, Tiger Tiger was raised by a family of bikers and truck drivers in the quaint English countryside. Growing up in ill-fitting overalls, covered in engine oil, listening to her Dad’s LPs – Tiger was heavily influenced by the music of Elvis, Buddy Holly, ELO, The Kinks, Queen, Kansas and their contemporaries of the 50s, 60s and 70s. She finally grew out of her greasy tomboy overalls and into sparkly undies to begin performing routines to the music that was the soundtrack of her childhood.
Performance:
Interested in comedy drama from a young age, she studied Expressive Arts at school and went on to perform comedy roles in local theatre productions. She has been involved in local and student theatre over the years, taken belly dance lessons and has been trained in burlesque performance by renowned performers in the field.
Writing:
Tiger started writing stories when she was 6 years old in notebooks bought with her pocket money. She has been publishing erotica online since 2005 and this website brings several works together. In 2011 Tiger published her first novel – an urban fantasy set in Bristol – more information on which can be found here.
Having studied archaeology since the age of 16 and possessing two degrees on the subject, Tiger has a passion for archaeology, especially prehistoric Europe and ancient Greece. She is currently working on a book about the darker side of life in Ancient Greece and a selection of her essays can be found on this site.
